Can I get a colour that is not listed?

Yes. StoneLite, GRC and Terrazzo pots can be custom sprayed in almost any Dulux or Colorbond colour for an extra $60. Contact us before ordering.

The White Harper Drum Planter is a lightweight fibreglass pot in a rounded drum shape, finished in a textured white, and sold in four sizes from 300mm to 520mm. It is a quiet, useful shape: wider than it is tall, so it sits low and steady, and the white keeps attention on the plant rather than the pot.

Why you'll love it

  • Fibreglass rather than stone. Strong and durable, but lighter to carry than a concrete or stone pot of the same diameter.

Sizes and what fits in them

Sizes are named by rim diameter. Soil volumes are approximate for the drum form.

  • 300mm. 30cm across and 27cm high, about 15 to 18 litres. Compact shrubs and decorative outdoor plants.
  • 370mm. 37cm across and 32cm high, about 25 to 30 litres. Feature plants and medium shrubs.
  • 430mm. 43cm across and 38cm high, about 40 to 45 litres. Medium to large shrubs.
  • 520mm. 52cm across and 44cm high, about 65 to 75 litres. Large shrubs and small trees.

The Complete Set includes all four together.

Material, weathering and drainage

Material. Fibreglass with a textured white finish. It needs no sealing, and a rinse or a wipe with a damp cloth is all the maintenance there is.

Outdoors. Specified for outdoor use only, not indoors, and weather resistant for year round exposure. The existing specification makes no frost claim and we will not add one. A white finish shows dust and splash more than a dark pot, so plan on an occasional rinse.

Drainage. A drainage hole is built in, so excess water leaves the base rather than sitting in it. No saucer is included, which is not an issue on soil, gravel or any free draining surface.

What to expect when it arrives

Pots ship empty, packed without soil or plants, and no liner or insert is required. Position each one on a level surface before filling so it settles evenly, particularly the 520mm, which takes up to 75 litres of mix. Delivered Australia wide, with delivery from $29.95.
