Before any freight is booked, the nursery that grew the plants confirms they are ready. If a line is short you hear first, with a swap or a refund for that line.
Each job is quoted with multiple freight companies and the best rate is passed on at cost. You get an email when the truck is booked and when the plants are on the way, and a tracking page for the order.
Plants travel upright in their pots. If one arrives in poor shape or fails within 30 days despite correct planting and care, send photos and we replace, credit or refund it.
