The White Maxim Drum Pot is a straight sided drum planter in crisp white, made from lightweight fibreclay and sold in three sizes from 230mm to 420mm. The drum profile gives it more presence than a tapered pot of the same width, because the full width carries down to the base rather than narrowing away. Reach for it when you want a clean architectural shape rather than a decorative one.

  • 230mm. 23cm across and 20cm high, roughly 7 to 9 litres. Decorative foliage and compact plants, indoors or on a table.
  • 320mm. 32cm across and 29cm high, roughly 22 to 26 litres. Feature plants and small shrubs.
  • 420mm. 42cm across and 36cm high, roughly 45 to 55 litres. Shrubs and larger foliage plants with real structure.

Material, weathering and drainage

Material. Fibreclay with a textured white finish. It is strong and durable but noticeably lighter than a traditional concrete pot, which is what makes the larger sizes practical on balconies and elevated decks.

Outdoors. Rated for indoor and outdoor use, from gardens and courtyards to living areas and open plan interiors. Clean it with a damp cloth or a rinse, and set it on a stable level surface before planting.

Drainage. One built in drainage hole and no self watering reservoir. Keep the hole clear so water does not build up in the base, and use a saucer indoors, as none is included.
