Plant Doctor Flowers, Fruits and Roots Granular Fertiliser

Flowers, Fruits and Roots is a slow-release granular mineral fertiliser with an N-P-K of 8-2-20 plus trace elements. Its high potassium content, 20%, is there to support flowering, fruiting and root strength. A single application releases over 4 to 6 months.

Why you'll love it

• High in potassium. At 20% potassium, the blend is formulated for bloom, fruit and root development.
• Slow release over 4 to 6 months. The granules feed steadily through the growing season, which reduces nutrient leaching.
• Extra minerals included. Trace elements are added to the N-P-K for blooms, flavour and soil fertility.
• Supports soil biology. The mineral blend is formulated to support microbial activity and soil health as well as the plant.

How to use it

Spread around plants onto moist soil during active growth, flowering and fruiting, then water in well. The rate depends on the plant:

• Pots: 2g per litre of potting mix
• Roses: 70g per sqm
• Strawberries: 20g per sqm
• Shrubs: 20g per plant up to 0.5m tall, 40g per plant from 0.5 to 2m
• Fruit trees in their second year: 20 to 40g per tree
• Lawns: 20 to 40g per sqm

Use it with caution around phosphorus-sensitive natives such as grevilleas, banksias and proteas.

• Nitrogen 8%, phosphorus 2%, potassium 20%
• Sulphur 8.84%, silica 6.89%, calcium 3.79%, magnesium 0.56%, iron 0.27%
• Trace elements: zinc, manganese, copper, boron, cobalt and molybdenum
• Volcanic minerals and humates
