Can I get a colour that is not listed?

Yes. StoneLite, GRC and Terrazzo pots can be custom sprayed in almost any Dulux or Colorbond colour for an extra $60. Contact us before ordering.

The White Terrazzo Moon Bowl is a low, rounded fibrecement planter in a white terrazzo look finish, sold in 210mm, 310mm, 420mm and 550mm. A bowl this wide and this shallow gives you surface area rather than depth, which is what layered and sculptural planting needs. It is light enough to lift when planted, and a drainage hole is already cast into the base.

  • 210mm. About 150mm tall, holding 4 to 5 litres. Succulents and compact decorative plants.
  • 310mm. About 230mm tall, holding 12 to 15 litres. Mixed foliage and low growing feature plants.
  • 420mm. About 300mm tall, holding 28 to 32 litres. Grasses, or three or four plants layered together.
  • 550mm. About 380mm tall, holding 55 to 65 litres. A sculptural centrepiece with real root volume behind it.

Material, weathering and drainage

Material. Fibrecement with a textured white terrazzo surface. Seal it before planting: that slows water moving through the wall and keeps the white from staining at the soil line.

Outdoors. Rated for indoor and outdoor use. We hold no frost rating for it, so where hard frosts settle it is worth moving under cover for winter, and a shallow bowl of mix chills faster than a deep pot does.

Drainage. One hole in the base, no saucer included. Indoors you will want a saucer or tray under it, because a shallow bowl drains quickly and drains all at once.

What to expect when it arrives
