How delivery to Gold Coast works

  1. 1Order online. Your confirmation email arrives straight away and the grower is asked to confirm your plants.
  2. 2Freight is quoted with multiple freight companies and passed on at cost, with no margin added. One truck carries a whole garden, so adding more plants from the same grower adds very little to the freight.
  3. 3You get the carrier and the delivery window by email. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch; the exact window shows on each product page and at checkout.
  4. 4Plants travel upright and arrive at your door. If one arrives in poor shape, send a photo within 30 days and we sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
