The Charcoal Square Plastic Pot is a plain, hard-working planter for direct planting, sold in two sizes, 280mm and 350mm. It is moulded plastic with drainage holes through the base and a flat charcoal finish, and it does what a grower pot should: hold soil, drain properly and stay out of the way. It is the sensible choice for a matched run of pots along a path or a courtyard wall.

  • 350mm. 34.6cm wide and 34.7cm deep at 29.9cm high, about 24 to 28 litres. A young shrub, a larger foliage plant, or a productive herb and salad planting.

Material. Moulded plastic in a charcoal finish, square in section. It is an everyday working pot rather than a feature piece, and it is finished and priced accordingly.

Outdoors. Rated for outdoor use. Indoors it is listed as suitable for covered areas rather than open living rooms, because it drains freely from the base.

Drainage. Open drainage holes, no reservoir and no saucer included. Keep the holes clear, since root growth and settled mix will block them. Anywhere the run-off matters, stand the pot on a saucer or tray, ordered separately.
