The Northcote Pottery Primo Miami Bird Bath is a hand made glazed terracotta piece standing 600mm tall on a 520mm square footprint. Finished in a deep forest green high lustre glaze, it works as a sculptural garden feature first and a water source for birds second. It suits gardeners who want a permanent focal point rather than a seasonal ornament.

What it does

  • Hand made and high fired. It is made using traditional techniques and fired at over 1250 degrees Celsius, which is what gives fired terracotta its strength.
  • A glaze with depth. The forest green high lustre finish carries real colour rather than a flat painted coat, and it is made to hold that finish under normal outdoor conditions.
  • Brings birds into the garden. Reliable water is often the missing element in a suburban garden, and a raised bath lets smaller birds drink and bathe with a clear view around them.

How to use it
