The Sherlock 100L Poly Wide Wheel Tray Wheelbarrow pairs a UV treated polypropylene tray with a wide pneumatic wheel. It carries 100 litres of soil, mulch or green waste in a tray that cannot rust, and the wide tyre keeps a heavy load tracking straight. It arrives fully assembled.
Load over the wheel, not towards the handles. The weight then sits on the axle and your arms only steer. Fill level with the lip rather than heaping.
Measure your narrowest gate first: the barrow is 1555mm long, 705mm wide and 680mm high, and the tray does not fold. Keep air in the tyre, hose the tray out after concrete or manure, and store it under cover. The sealed bearings ask for nothing beyond keeping grit off the hub.
Garden and landscaping work. Moving potting mix, mulch, compost and soil around a suburban block is exactly what 100 litres and a wide tyre are for.
Renovations and DIY. Sand, rubble and mixed concrete ride well in a plastic tray, which releases a sticky load more easily than steel and washes out clean.
