The AEG ADVBPS14 is a battery powered 15 litre backpack sprayer for people who spray often enough that manual pumping has become the slow part of the job. It runs on AEG 18V or 58V batteries and ships as a kit with an 18V 4.0Ah FORCE battery, a 2A compact charger and two nozzles. This is a professional tool aimed at large gardens, acreage and commercial grounds.
Fill through the wide opening, fit a charged battery and check the level on the fuel gauge, then set the flow rate and pattern before you start walking. Use the flat nozzle for even coverage over an area and the cone for spot work.
Whatever goes in the tank, mix and apply it at the rate on that product label and follow its directions: the sprayer sets the pattern, the label sets the dose. Do not use bleach based products in it, and do not cross use one tank between garden chemicals and cleaning liquids. Rinse the tank, wand and nozzle after every use.
Use over large areas. Acreage, long fence lines and commercial grounds are where a 15 litre tank and a battery pump pay for themselves.
Use for liquid feeding as well as control work. The same unit handles liquid fertilisers and plant health treatments, so it is not a single purpose machine.
