The Gorilla Carts 180L Folding Sports Wagon is a fabric bodied utility wagon that carries up to 68kg and folds flat. The bed holds 180 litres and measures 91cm by 53cm by 38cm, enough for a run of potted plants, bags of mix, or a day out. It suits anyone who moves loads regularly but has nowhere to park a rigid cart.

What it does

  • Folds down for storage. Open, it measures 101cm long, 58cm wide and 48cm high, and packs to about half that, so it sits against a shed wall or in a boot.
  • Flat free by design. The 7 inch wheels use a solid PVC tread rather than an inflatable tube, so there is no pressure to check and nothing to puncture on gravel.
  • Built from sport fabric. The body is UV and mildew resistant, so it can be left in the sun.
  • Carries the small things. Four cup holders take drinks or a phone, and there are zip pockets and expandable side pockets for keys and tools.

How to use it

Load heavy items over the wheels and keep the weight low and spread across the bed. A wagon packed high at one end steers badly and tips on a slope, and 68kg is the working limit, so bagged mix adds up faster than it looks. On soft ground, pull rather than push.

Hose the fabric after a dirty load and let it dry before folding, because fabric packed away damp holds a smell. Fold it down and store it undercover between uses to get the most out of the fabric and the wheels.
