Yates Dynamic Lifter Standard Pellets is a concentrated organic based fertiliser in pelletised form, and this is the 25kg bag, enough to cover up to 250 square metres. It feeds gradually rather than in one hit, and it works on the soil as much as on the plant.

What it does

  • Releases slowly. Nutrients are made available gradually, so growth is steady and sustained instead of a soft flush you trim off later.
  • Builds the soil, not just the plant. It improves soil structure and moisture retention over time, which is the part a soluble fertiliser cannot do.
  • Supports soil life. The organic base feeds earthworms and beneficial soil micro-organisms, and soil with that activity in it works better.
  • Safe across the garden. Suitable for all plants, including Australian natives, as well as vegetables, herbs, flowers, trees, shrubs and container plants.

How to use it

For garden beds, spread the pellets evenly across the soil surface and water in well. For trees and shrubs, apply around the drip line, the circle of ground under the outer edge of the canopy where the feeding roots sit, rather than banking it against the trunk. Vegetables and flowers take a regular application through the growing season, and potted plants take a light scatter worked into the surface.
