It carries the essential elements plus an added soil wetter, and the phosphorus level is low, which Richgro describe as waterways safe. It is the bag to reach for when you would rather not keep four specialist fertilisers on the shelf.

What it does

  • Genuinely all purpose. The same bag feeds flowering annuals, shrubs, vegetables and lawns rather than being tuned to one of them.
  • Added soil wetter. Water penetrates instead of running off, so nutrients travel down to the root zone rather than sitting on a dry crust.
