Can I get a colour that is not listed?

Yes. StoneLite, GRC and Terrazzo pots can be custom sprayed in almost any Dulux or Colorbond colour for an extra $60. Contact us before ordering.

The Wine LA Egg Pot is a lightweight composite planter with a smooth egg profile and a deep wine finish, sold in 300mm and 450mm. Wine is a useful colour outdoors: it sits with green foliage and terracotta paving instead of fighting them. Both sizes have a drainage hole cast into the base.

Two sizes, and the step between them is a big one: the larger holds nearly three times the mix.

  • 300mm. 300mm across and 290mm tall, about 18 to 22 litres. Decorative foliage and compact shrubs, or a single plant on a step.
  • 450mm. 450mm across and 410mm tall, about 55 to 65 litres. Feature plants, lush foliage and small shrubs, with volume enough to hold a plant for several seasons.

Both suit single specimen planting: the egg shape narrows at the base, so one well chosen plant reads better than a crowded mix.

Material, weathering and drainage

Material. Lightweight composite in a textured wine finish. Wipe it with a damp cloth or hose it down.

Outdoors. Rated for indoor and outdoor use. We hold no frost or UV rating for this range, so shelter it from winter frost and expect a deep colour in full western sun to soften over years. A light pot in an exposed spot also wants a heavy plant in it, since it can tip in a gust.

Drainage. One hole per pot. Keep it clear after heavy rain, particularly if the pot sits on soil or turf where it can silt up. No saucer is included, so add one for indoor use.
