Can I get a colour that is not listed?

Yes. StoneLite, GRC and Terrazzo pots can be custom sprayed in almost any Dulux or Colorbond colour for an extra $60. Contact us before ordering.

The StoneLite plain anduze urn is an undecorated urn cast from glass-reinforced concrete, carrying the surface of solid stone at about a third of the weight. It runs from a 48cm pot holding 20 litres up to a 91cm urn holding 300 litres, in 10 finishes. With no moulded detail competing for attention, the planting stays the thing you look at.

Sizes and what fits in them

Four sizes, given as outside diameter by height.

  • 48 x 53cm, 20 litres, 13kg. A single clipped ball, a young citrus, or a full succulent planting.
  • 60 x 66cm, 45 litres, 25kg. Root room for a standard olive, a bay, or a topiary pair.
  • 74 x 81cm, 160 litres, 33kg. Advanced shrubs and small trees, where the pot stops being the limit.
  • 91 x 100cm, 300 litres, 56kg. A tree pot, for a specimen that has to hold its own against a two storey wall.

Material, weathering and drainage

Material. Glass-reinforced concrete, cast and hand finished. Minor variation in tone and surface between pieces is normal.

Outdoors. The sprayed finishes are backed by the 15 year Weathershield guarantee. We do not publish a frost rating for this range, so in hard frosting districts raise the urn on feet and keep the mix draining.

Drainage. Cast with drainage holes. Keep them clear, sit the urn on feet, and cover the holes with fibreglass flyscreen, never fabric or geofabric, which clogs. Add 50mm of 10mm gravel, then a premium potting mix, never garden soil. Indoors it needs a saucer.
