Can I get a colour that is not listed?

Yes. StoneLite, GRC and Terrazzo pots can be custom sprayed in almost any Dulux or Colorbond colour for an extra $60. Contact us before ordering.

The Rust Harper Drum Planter is a fibreglass pot with a rounded drum profile and a textured rust finish that reads like weathered steel without the weight. It comes in four sizes from 30cm to 52cm across, so a matched group can run from a herb pot on a step up to a feature planter holding a small tree.

  • Small, 300mm. 30cm wide by 27cm high, roughly 15 to 18 litres of mix. Herbs, succulents, a clipped buxus ball.
  • Medium, 370mm. 37cm wide by 32cm high, roughly 25 to 30 litres. Cordylines, dwarf shrubs, a standard rosemary.
  • Large, 430mm. 43cm wide by 38cm high, roughly 40 to 45 litres. A compact screening plant, dwarf citrus or lady palm.
  • Extra large, 520mm. 52cm wide by 44cm high, roughly 65 to 75 litres. Olives, frangipani, small feature trees and larger palms.
  • Complete set. All four sizes together, the tidiest way to build a graduated group at an entry.

Drainage, planting and care

Each planter arrives with drainage holes already formed. No saucer is supplied and it is not self watering, which is the right arrangement outdoors, where free drainage matters more than a reservoir.

Use a premium potting mix rather than garden soil, which compacts in a container. Sit the pot on feet so water clears the base and air moves underneath. Clean with warm water and a soft cloth, and avoid solvents, abrasive pads and pressure washers, all of which dull the texture.

What to expect when it arrives
