Material, weathering and drainage

Material. Ceramic, finished in an earthy texture. Wipe it clean with a soft damp cloth. Position it before you plant, because a full ceramic pot this size is awkward to shift.

Outdoors. This one stays inside. It is specified for indoor use only, and we make no frost or UV claim for it, so keep it out of uncovered patios and exposed balconies.

Drainage. Work on the assumption there is no drainage hole unless you find one. The safest method is to leave the plant in its nursery pot and drop that inside the Noto, lifting it out to water and drain. If you plant directly, water sparingly and check the mix with a finger rather than to a schedule.
