Brandon was excellent—very helpful and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to questions and fulfilled his promises. The driver was very strong and carried all eight trees up three flights of stairs to the backyard with a smile, making the entire process seamless.
We had an installer provide a quote for planting, and he measured the trees at 1.2 meters, which was shorter than the 1.4 to 1.7 meters I had expected. While I am still very happy with the health and fullness of the trees, I would have preferred to pay extra for taller ones, as we wanted to create an instant impact in preparing the property for sale.
